Established in 1982, JCHiggins and Associates is a highly respected and trustworthy real estate company specializing in the proactive management of community associations and income producing properties throughout Pierce, Thurston, and South King Counties. Our diverse client base consists of private individuals, building contractors, developers, real estate professionals, community association boards of directors, institutional owners, and investor groups. We have served as court appointed receivers and have managed numerous REO properties for various banking institutions.

Executive
JC Higgins - Founder
JC started the business in 1982, spending many long days and nights establishing and fine-tuning what would become the rock solid foundation of JCHiggins and Associates. Ever since, the company has been growing and developing into what it is today - the best and most ethical company in the business. JC not only guided the company to success, but he helped to better the local real estate management profession by sharing his knowledge with others. JC was a seminar leader at industry trade shows, he taught classes at the junior college level, and he was an approved instructor with the Department of Licensing to teach real estate clock hour classes. To this day, JC's guiding influence is still felt within the company. We strive daily to ensure our services continue to be a testament to JC's standards of excellence.
Amber Emery - Executive Director, JCHiggins and Associates/President, DNA Investments, Inc.
Amber is the Executive Director of JCHiggins and Associates and President of DNA Investments, Inc. Amber has over 32 years of real estate management and accounting experience. Amber is a natural born leader possessing an uncanny business sense, spot on intuition, and vast knowledge in real estate management. Her leadership is a guiding force driving our continued success. Dave is the Deputy Executive Director of JCHiggins and Associates and the Vice President of DNA Investments, Inc. Amanda is our Designated Broker and manages a portfolio of single-family homes, multi-plexes and apartment communities.
