Executive


JC Higgins - Founder

JC started the business in 1982, spending many long days and nights establishing and fine-tuning what would become the rock soild foundation of JCHiggins and Associates. Ever since, the company has been growing and developing into what it is today - the best and most ethical company in the business. JC not only guided the company to success, but he helped to better the local real estate management profession by sharing his knowledge with others. JC was a seminar leader at industry trade shows, he taught classes at the junior college level, and he was an approved instructor with the Department of Licensing to teach real estate clock hour classes. To this day, JC's guiding influence is still felt within the company. We strive daily to ensure our services continue to be a testament to JC's standards of excellence.

Amber Emery - President

Amber is the President of DNA Investments, Inc. and is the CEO of JCHiggins and Associates. Amber has over twenty-six years of real estate management and accounting experience. Amber is a natural born leader possessing an uncanny business sense, spot on intuition, and vast knowledge in real estate management. Her leadership is a guiding force driving our continued success. Dave Emery - Vice President

Dave is the Vice President of DNA Investments, Inc. and is the acting Commercial Property Manager responsible for JCHiggins and Associates' portfolio of commercial properties. He builds on his past successes as a small business owner and capitalizes on his strong entrepreneurial sprit to help shape the company's promising future. Don Campbell - Designated Broker and Community Association Manager

Don is the Designated Broker of DNA Investments, Inc. and is responsible for providing community association management services to our extensive portfolio of declarant controlled community associations. He is also in charge of the assimilation of new community association accounts. Don has been involved in many different fields of real estate and has been in the industry since 1993. Lorne Martin - Community Association Manager/Supervisor

Lorne is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of a portfolio of community associations. He also supervises the daily activities of the community association team. Lorne has been working in the real estate industry for over 14 years. (lorne@jc-higgins.com)

Amanda Arends - Residential Property Manager/Supervisor
