Association Requests

These are requests that we get frequently regarding associations.

If you are an escrow company needing to request dues information or a condo questionnaire, please email AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com the following information:

          • The Association name
          • Seller and Buyer names
          • The property address of the home/condo for sale
          • Estimated time of closing
          • Your email address, phone number and/or fax number

           

           

      If you are a condo owner who needs to order a Resale Certificate, please email a request to AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com with the following information:

      • Name of the Association
      • Correct spelling of the seller and buyer’s name
      • Property/Unit Address
      • Please note that Resale Certificates are $250.00. They cannot be mailed and will not be released until payment is received. It is best to wait until the unit is in escrow before ordering the certificate. It takes 7-10 days to make the certificate. Sellers are required by law to purchase a resale certificate for their buyer.

       

       

    If you are a homeowner needing an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) form to request approval for exterior changes for your lot, please email AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com. Please include:

        • Your Name
        • Name of the Association
        • Property Address
        • Return email address or phone number
        • Please include in the subject line of your email that you are requesting an ACC Form.

         

         

        If you would like to submit a report of a CC&R violation, please email AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com the following information:

            • Your Name
            • The name of the Association
            • The property address in violation
            • A brief description of the violation
            • Your return email or phone number

             

             

          If you are an owner in an Association and would like to request a PDF copy of the CC&R’s or Rules and Regulations, please email AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com. Please include the Association name and what documents you are requesting in your email.

         

         

        If you would like to discuss payment arrangements for the balance on your account, please email AssociationRequests@jc-higgins.com the following information:

          • Your Name
          • The name of your Association
          • Your property address
          • Please let us know what kind of arrangements you hope to make.
